this app give out fake results not useful for nothing

such bad app for update version. just after updating the app, now I am not able to use the scanner due to unconnected to its wifi network. my hp/tab even cant detect its direct wifi connection. i missed procedures for my patients today. i cant contact any service center here. have tried from IG & WA, but none responded it.
