Brotions is the field sales CRM built for Saudi B2B teams. Sales reps log every customer visit, call, and demo from the road. Managers see who is where,
what closed today, and how much commission was earned. No paperwork, no end-of-day reports.

GPS-verified visits
Every in-person meeting check-in records latitude, longitude, accuracy, and timestamp. Managers see actual visits, not entries a rep typed from home. The
app requires GPS for in-person meetings, demos, and visits. Calls and WhatsApp messages are exempt.

Real-time commission engine
Tier accelerators at 55%, 60%, and 65% based on monthly closes. Flat 10% on WhatsApp bundle sales. An extra 10% bonus when a customer pays annually
upfront. Quarterly retention bonuses for keeping signed customers active. Every payout is calculated automatically when a sale closes and the rep sees
their number live. Finance gets a clean export.

WhatsApp captured
Every WhatsApp conversation between the rep and a customer is logged as an activity in Brotions. Reps can send messages from inside the app without
opening WhatsApp. Conversation history stays attached to the customer record permanently for reference and dispute resolution.

Customer signatures and business cards
The first in-person meeting with a customer requires a photo of a signed acknowledgement and a photo of the customer's business card. Both attach to the
customer record. This eliminates "I met them last Tuesday" claims with no supporting evidence.

Bilingual
Full Arabic and English. Right to left layout throughout. Locale follows the rep's choice on first launch.

Work-hour notification window
Lead alerts, commission updates, and customer-cancellation warnings arrive Sunday through Thursday, 07:00 to 22:00 Asia Riyadh time. Outside that window
nothing wakes the phone. Weekend and overnight quiet is enforced server-side, not by the rep toggling a switch.

Privacy
Data stays inside your company's Brotions tenant. We do not sell it. We do not feed it to AI training. We do not share it with third parties. Each
employer's reps, customers, and commission history are isolated from every other employer.

About background location
At first launch the rep grants background location access. The app records one GPS ping per hour during the work window above so managers can verify reps
are at the customer addresses they later log as meetings. Outside the work window the app does not access location. Reps can revoke "Allow always" from
Android settings at any time. The rest of the app keeps working; only background verification pauses.

About this app
Brotions is operated by Dal Dom Group, a Saudi-registered company headquartered in Riyadh. The app is provisioned by employers onto company-issued devices
for use by salaried sales employees. Reps are informed of background tracking, GPS verification, and WhatsApp capture at hiring and again on first app
launch.
