Simple and very useful !

This one works for me. Other tab finders didn't. This Tab Finder simply does the job. It lists tabs matching the search string and allows to jump to one of them them (including tabs in other Chrome windows). I think it would be nice if it additional features, like closing tabs directly from the search result list or a hotkey to open the search box, but I can live without these.
