Save time filling out teacher feedback!

"Massar Grades Notes" reads the Excel files you export from the Massar system, calculates each student's average, and then writes the appropriate feedback in the "Teacher Feedback" section. The result is a file ready to be re-uploaded to Massar, without any other changes.

★ How does it work?

1. Export the grades file from Massar and select it in the application (you can select multiple sections at once).

2. Choose the feedback language and type.

3. Review the preview, then click "Start Processing."

4. You can find the processed files in your Downloads folder (Download/Massar) or share them directly.

★ Smart and adapts to all subjects

• Automatically recognizes the assignment columns, regardless of the number, as well as the integrated activities and feedback sections.

• Reads the subject, class, teacher, institution, and term directly from the file.

• Calculates the average: the average of assignments and integrated activities (75%/25%, and 80%/20% for French). ★ Respects the rules of the system
• A student who receives a 0 in all assignments (absence) will have their entry left blank for you to complete yourself.

• Preserves the file structure as is: protection, calculated values, and lists of "justifications" for absences.

• Does not alter handwritten notes during reprocessing.

★ Flexible and easy to use
• Previews in sheet or list format, with search and filtering by file or subject.

• Manually edit any student's note before saving.

• Pre-made types: Standard, Strict, Encouraging, or customized with your own terms and phrases.

• Notes in 7 languages: Arabic, French, English, Spanish, German, Italian, and Tamazight (Tifinagh).

• Class statistics: Overall average and note distribution.

• Interface in Arabic or French, with dark mode.

★ Your data privacy
Files are processed entirely on your phone. The application does not send your files or student grades to any server.

"Masar Points Notes" is an independent application developed by a teacher to facilitate the work of his colleagues. It is not affiliated with the Ministry of National Education or the Masar system. Please always review files before uploading them.
