2024-06-08	Sh*****	The previous app was great and contained all the features. But tbe current version of the app is not providing the option of AUTO CLEAN and SELF DIOGNOSIS of the AC. I tried contacting Motorola numerous times but tje call always remain unanswered. The new app also contain a function which is written in chinese. Please update the app immediately or roll back to the previous one.

2023-06-22	Ro*****	App should allow to change default options. After every power cut, AC just resets to default setting (auto fan speed, auto mode, and no swing) which is very irritating. Flipkart, please take note. This will go a long way in improving UX.

2023-05-09	Ri*****	What is this ? Most of the recent phone did not support the app due to this app has been created for old version of Android, why suffer ? Purchased a washing Machine, not able to use smart functionality beacuse app does not support. Android 13 & 12 does not support this app at all .

2021-11-16	kr*****	Too many bugs, The app works well but after 3 to 4 wash cycles the app shows the device offline even if the power is on, so problematic! After every 3-4 washings I am forced to freshly add device on my phone to make it operational via smart phones. Plz bring a proper update and bug fixing.🙁

2021-10-05	An*****	Working well for the Motorola washing machine. I am able to control all the aspects of a wash cycle. In order for Google assistant to work we need to connect it with Google home app. Connecting the app to Google home app has been a challenge. It always says I don't have any devices. EZ app notification says that Google assistant has control but the same is not true.

2021-09-28	Sa*****	Motorola AC options are not fully available.App is behaving. Weirdly. Self cleaning option is comptely disabled. No updates or bug fixes from April. Atleast please transfer the app support to Motorola. Motorola please listen 👂 and resolve the concern. Worst experience from Flipkart.
