Great piece of software. I working in a field were I have to answer the same questions all the time and this saves me a ton of time. I feel like I have cut down my workload by 80% due to this. I used a note taking app prior to this and I would have to open it up and find the answer, copy and paste, and customize. But this allows me to use a few keys to send a ton of messages. Now I just have to remember the keys.
