2022-03-17	Jo*****	Unfortunately it doesn't seem to make any difference (at least to the highlight popup, which what I wanted to get rid of) and looks like it has been abandoned. No doubt Medium changed their site (either deliberately to defeat extensions like this, or maybe that was a "happy accident" for them).
