Powerful tool - gives site admins great data and helps us inform users of new features with click throughs, banners and attention grabbing tools. At first glance it may not seem like much, but take the time to dig a bit deeper and customize the content. They do have a ton of standard content that is very well written. Best support I've seen.

**EDIT** - We have been in communication with VisualSP on this issue, and they have an expected fix in mind and potentially already in development. A workaround has been provided to our admins in the meantime. The quick feedback and communication from VisualSP has been impressive and very helpful! As others have written, this is an extension that my organization has forcibly installed. If you are a developer and use Telerik-Kendo software tools beware of this extension. As of writing this review if you use the updated Kendo sass variables, this extension uses its own Kendo CSS file and will overwrite your custom styles. Since it is an extension this CSS file is brought in after the CSS files of the website themselves, and therefore the CSS that is chosen to style the site you are viewing. This extension overwrites all default kendo variables to the default values.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Company put this on our computers and all it does is get in the way.
