ONCF Voyages Android app is seen as a big UX improvement over the website with biometric login, and is generally useful. However, persistent issues undermine usability: sessions don’t stay active, payments fail and card storage is missing, bookings can be lost or mis-seated, reduction-rate activation is unreliable, and the app is unstable or slow.

Pros

Improved design and user interface compared to the website.

Cons

Frequent logout and account lock requiring re-authentication/verification.
Payment errors and inability to save card details (need to re-enter card info for purchases).
Booking reliability issues: lost bookings, wrong seat allocations, and difficult ticket exchanges/refunds.
Reduction rate activation/usage problems: missing activation codes, rates not applying, and a complicated process.
Stability and performance problems: not stable, crashes, and slow/laggy behavior.

no offense but my GOD how sloppy the app is, can't you invest in expanding your IT infrastructure, at this point I'm becoming used to 2 to 3 failed attempts just to get my ticket, also can't you just improve on informing us about the seats availability, it's always giving me headaches to be informed at the last step that you runout of seats. ironically these days, both the app & website are dead. so back to square 1 going to station to buy physical tickets 🙃 feels like early 2000s
