A digital platform that offers a package of services for the benefit of individual and institutional users, including opinion polls, polls, elections, complaints services, and customer satisfaction. The mobile application of the platform is one of the viewing channels provided by the platform, which enables registered users of the platform (the digital citizen) to benefit from these services. The platform is considered one of the basic rules for the digital governance process.
