KravasAuto

KravasAuto – drivers have a mobile app for internal use that helps drivers easily receive and complete tasks on a daily basis, not to miss important deadlines, prepare and sign documents, as well as transparently cooperate with fleet management.

The app is designed to reduce manual communication, speed up document circulation and ensure a clear workflow between the driver and the office/dispatcher.

Main sections and features

1) Tasks for the driver (Zadania / Uzdamāji)
• Receive work tasks in one place (e.g. trips, deliveries, collection points).
• Transparent status: new / in progress / completed.
• Task details: description, deadlines, notes, related documents.

2) Reminders (Napom. / Atgādījumi)
• Reminders about important deadlines and actions.
• Notifications that help you react in a timely manner (e.g., document submission, task execution steps).
• Clear priority management for daily work.

3) Document signing (Signature / Documents)
• Quick document preparation and approval.
• Ability to digitally sign documents (e.g., receipt-handover confirmations, delivery documents, etc.).
• Documents are linked to specific tasks so that everything is in one place.

4) Fleet management (Fleet)
• Information about the assigned vehicle and fleet units.
• Unified communication and transparency between drivers and fleet managers.
• Helps maintain order in processes and reduce the likelihood of errors.
