App looks and feels like something from Windows 98. It's buggy, slow and lacks features - update after update, nothing changes. That's why I switched to Revolut for basically all my banking. Hoping that Luxembourgish banks will catch up eventually and stop living in the past. You can't dismantle all direct customer service and at the same time have a completely useless app.
