MobilERleben FDS is a comprehensive mobility app for the Freudenstadt district, providing information, booking, and payments for public transport. It helps you plan trips by showing the best bus and train connections; if a ride cannot be served within an hour, you can order a public transport taxi at very reasonable fares. The taxis complement buses and trains across Freudenstadt, Horb and nearby towns such as Alpirsbach, Baiersbronn, Dornstetten, Empfingen, Eutingen, Glatten, Grömbach, Loßburg, Pfalzgrafenweiler, Schopfloch, Seewald and Waldachtal.

The service hours run Monday–Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to midnight, Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m., Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m., and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to midnight. A pre-order lead time of at least 45 minutes is required, and fares are shown in the app before booking. VHS Freudenstadt offers free mobility app courses in the Freudenstadt district.

Ich würde gerne der App mehr Sterne geben, aber man kann es ohne Konto nicht benutzen. Möchte man einen Account anlegen, ist es nicht möglich.. Man bekommt einen Verifizierungscode per SMS zugesendet, wenn dieser eingegeben wird, wird man zum Anmeldebildschirm weitergeleitet und bekommt einen zweiten Verifizierungscode per SMS zugesendet. Weder Anmeldung noch Registrierung sind möglich... Schade, hätte es bei einem Aufenthalt in Region FDS gut gebrauchen können.
