Tap four corners, snap your reference photos, drag your rooms into a quick floor plan, and submit the whole thing in about the time it takes to make a cup of tea.

KEY FEATURES

- Guided project wizard — name the job, lock your units (metric or imperial), then work through your rooms one at a time.
- Mandatory reference photos — every room carries at least one photo so the architect can audit the dimensions visually against what's actually there: radiators, columns, chimney breasts, etc.
- Drag-and-drop floor plan — arrange your rooms on a simple grid so the architect understands how they connect, including multi-storey buildings.
- Voice memos per room — note anything tricky in your own voice.
- Anomaly checks before submission — ceiling-too-low, wall-too-long, and missing-photo issues are caught before the form leaves your phone.
- Metric and imperial — pick once, see both side-by-side on the review screen.
