ChipInfo program is a free application for anyone wishing to test and get basic information about their smart card chips. The application is available exclusively for Android. ChipInfo uses only NFC devices from your Android phone.

Only phones with an NFC reader can do this checkup. Program uses NFC technology to communicate to smart card chips, get required information, test its condition and card chip and antenna quality. This application does not collect any of your information and does not use any of your device resources, except the NFC device.
