2024-05-17	Ge*****	Dreadful service quality: it's a lottery what you're going to receive in the end and in case of fruits and veggies, whether they are either going to be not rock solid or smashed to bits. Customer service is reluctant to resolve anything without meticulous photo proof. I'd rather go to the grocery store, than have to triple check every item, if it's rotten or expired.

2023-08-20	Pi*****	Insane ! Ordered for sunday in the morning, got a message at 11:00, that they cannot deliver. They propose me 11:00 the day after (Monday), and a ridiculous voucher of 3€. I just asked for a refund, I expected it to be quick ! Useless service, do your grocery yourself and avoid wasting your time with this. (Not to mention ačiū card, that only offer discount on junk food).

2023-08-10	Ja*****	The API is slow. Navigation is full of bugs. I mean you go to some product, you put app in background to see some recepy, then you go back to barbora and that's it, you can't go back to list with android back button or the back button in app. It's like the app drops history of navigation on onResume. You should definitely get better QA, this is the main scenarios to test. And i always find bugs. Pls do something. You have such big audience and this app with it's logic is childs play...

2023-05-09	Ie*****	The app does get laggy and hard to see how to add items, but what made me lose faith in the services was not only the prices but also the way it is packed. Putting squoshy items at the bottom and breaking eggs for more then 2 times in a row is just not acceptable. One of the comments has right as well, they like to put last day items in your bag, perished even.

2023-05-03	Au*****	Many years standing problems: Not comfortable to use on larger screens (tablets). No dark mode. Can't copy text. And finally need to manually click "Rodyti daugiau" for each page. It used to have continuous scroll, but for some reason decision was made to downgrade user experience.

2023-03-05	Ni*****	I really do love this service, but lately I had issues with the delivered groceries. Several times I ordered bigger amount of a certain product, which should make it clear that I am not going to consume the product in one day. However, the delivered product expiery date was the same date as delivery date, so I could not consume all the product that I ordered, which means wasted food and wasted money. If this happens one more time I will delete my account.
