Built with privacy in mind, LocalTube Manager stores your data locally using IndexedDB and does not collect or sync information to external servers. Export or import your data whenever needed, including subscriptions from Google Takeout. Enjoy a more private, local-first YouTube experience while keeping control of your likes, subscriptions, playlists, and preferences.

Literally the extension I was looking for there are no alternatives to this but I can't see any reason why it should need "Access your data for all websites" instead of just YouTube.com data, this makes me really hesitant to use it.
