LocalTube Manager is a privacy-first Chrome extension that brings native YouTube features—likes, subscriptions, and playlists—without signing into a Google account. Everything you create (likes, local playlists, saved YouTube playlists) is stored locally in your browser using IndexedDB. The extension works directly on YouTube so the experience feels seamless and native.

Features include like & subscribe actions, the ability to save YouTube playlists for later, create and organize local playlists, and import/export all your data so you can move or back it up. LocalTube Manager never sends your data to external servers — no tracking, no syncing — so you retain full control and privacy while enjoying familiar YouTube functionality.

Literally the extension I was looking for there are no alternatives to this but I can't see any reason why it should need "Access your data for all websites" instead of just YouTube.com data, this makes me really hesitant to use it.
