I called palmpay agent she said there is no money on the account I should contact loadng customer service... I have contacted them day are not responding to me .. or is it because yesterday was Saturday and today was Sunday??????????????

2024-11-18	Ad*****	I did a transaction more than 35 hours ago,It didn't reflect in my wallet and it was already confirmed,I showed every proofs but they didn't accept or try to work on it,Worst still they don't answer on time on their customer care Chat and no calling number,They're changing from what we know them for.

I'm in contact with Google Play to delist their app from the App Store. I have gathered enough evidence and negative reviews against this app. They steal and scam people of their money. I hope Google replies in time and take this scam app down. DO NOT TRADE with Loadng, they're scams.

2024-10-02	Mi*****	I regret trading with this app, they keep giving me payment issue, keep seeing in wallet for the past 15hrs and they are yet to credit me, 😭😭 they make me loose my big customer, if I have read the reviews before I wouldn't have downloaded the app, they always delay payment once huge payment and they don't help , worse rate so far.. and they won't even credit on time .. hope I haven't been ripped off like this?
