The course is intended for beginners in IT recruiting and recruiters from other fields, HR managers, as well as specialists from other areas who would like to start their career in IT recruitment. Course information is divided into 4 blocks:
1. Profession "IT recruiter"
2. The process of recruiting IT employees
3. Analysis of IT specialties most often found in the selection
4. International recruiting

On the course you:

Get to know the profession of an IT recruiter
You will learn life hacks from recruiters from the largest Russian IT companies
You will receive up-to-date information from current market practitioners
You will understand how to work not only with the Russian, but also with the foreign market
You will analyze real cases of selection in practical classes

You will receive a diploma of completion of training and the opportunity to do an internship
Learning format: online learning, from a computer or phone, on the platform
Course duration: individually (there is a restriction on access to the course)
Homework: test, for passing it is possible to use a smartphone
Useful information: Each session will be accompanied by a presentation with the most important information and a list of useful literature.
