Doesn't work. Exports text with incorrect encoding

This is an excellent start to a Chrome extension that can download just the text from a webpage. Not all of the text is captured, and that is why I am giving it 4 stars. I hope this can be fixed, and if so, it will be as important as the browser. Keep up the good work!
