es | Buenas tardes, llevamos tiempo usando la extension y la verdad es una maravilla, solo que hemos experimentado unos inconvenientes ultimamente, con todos los usuarios, queria ver si a alguien mas le ha pasado. En primer instancia cuando uno selecciona el Template para editarlo y mandarlo no se abre la ventana emergente, se queda cargando y nunca finaliza, en primero lugar pensamos que el problema provenia del mismo navegador pero no, resulta que encontramos que el problema es Kaspersky, nuestro antivirus, detecta esa venta como banner publicitario y bloquea el modal. Hasta este punto el pudieran decir que se resuelve, pero no, ya que si desactivamos la caracteristica del antivurs del Anti Banner en ocaciones funciona y en ocaciones no, aun asi, aunque desactivemos el antivirus completamente sucede lo mismo, tendran alguien el mismo inconveniente, o equipo de soporte? |
