Situo

Situo is a shared image of an intervention for firefighters and IZS units. On one live map, the entire team sees the same thing – member positions, drawn sectors, objects and notes are updated in real time for everyone at once.

You create an intervention, send a link and others join with one click – without registration. Only the person creating the intervention needs an account.

WHAT SITUO CAN DO

• Live map of the intervention – drawings, sectors and objects are synchronized in real time for everyone.
• Team location on the map – you can see where other members are, even if your phone is in your pocket.
• Link sharing – participants connect via a link, without installing an account.
• Drawing and measuring – lines, areas and objects with lengths, areas and coordinates.
• GPS tracking – turn on recording and your trail grows on the map, showing where you walked or drove.
• Coverage heatmap – a heat map shows where the units passed.
• Offline work – the last viewed map and drawings work even without a signal and will be sent automatically as soon as the connection returns. You can download the area in advance.
• Print the base – print the map on paper (A5/A4/A3) with a legend of objects and a sector grid.
• Play the recording – play the entire course of the intervention as a movie and watch how the drawings grew.
• Export the course – a complete timeline of all changes to a file.
• Map bases – switch between Mapy.cz and OpenStreetMap.
• Login by email without a password – enter your email and you will receive a verification code.

FOR WHOM

Situo was created for volunteer and professional firefighters (JSDH, SDH, HZS), but it is suitable wherever the team needs to share a single situational picture in the field – during exercises, searches and coordination in the field.

BACKGROUND LOCATION SHARING

Situo can share your location with your team even in the background (with the screen off) so that the crew can see you throughout the intervention. You always turn on location sharing manually and you will recognize it by a permanent notification. Location data is used exclusively for sharing within your intervention.
