2025-01-31	An*****	Poor I have tried different ways to use the App by downloading on Web and Google play. It does not work. A helpful lady said she would send details how to address this to me on email but I have received nothing. This does not bode well for computer repairs!!!!!!

2024-06-18	Ja*****	Sent back to Oligic for repairs 3times and they told me it had been repaired and was done by their EXCELLENT repair technicians But when I sent it back the 4th time they said it was unrepairable Was not amused with them

Please can you spend some more time on it to make it a lot more user friendly especially when there are a number of items due for repair. It works much better on a computer. I am sure you know it is not great. Please don't waste my time making me download and use it.
