2024-08-20	Da*****	We've had Carson for a couple of years now. It is almost entirely worthless. I have conpletely given up in being able to let anyone in. Forget about emergency situations. Would not recommend. Avoid.

2024-02-20	An*****	Deep links into the app are broken on Pixel 6, which is a problem, because deep links are required to create an account, to set a phone number, to change password, etc. There isn't a resident-specific web app for Carson either, so there isn't a clear workaround, other than getting help from building management.
