WHAT RENTO DOES

— Properties — name, address, currency per property (EUR, USD, CZK, PYG, ARS — whatever you need), status (rented / vacant / under renovation)
— Tenants — name, contact, contract dates, rent and due date, payment status, notes ("has a dog", "always pays late"); unlimited per property
— Payments — manual entry (transfer, cash, other), monthly overview, push when rent is overdue
— Expenses — amount, category (Repair, Insurance, Tax, Utilities, Management, Other), date, receipt photo
— Handover protocol — move-in: deposit, meter readings (electricity, water, gas, heating), photos of the state, free notes. Move-out: meter diff vs move-in, deposit return (with reduction reasons), photos again
— Tenant rotation — when a lease ends, the tenant goes to archive, the property switches to "vacant", the next tenant starts a new cycle. History stays for tax reports.
— Annual tax-ready PDF — formatted report per property for filing season
— Multi-property dashboard — total income vs costs across all properties, yield per property, last payment, occupancy
— Deposit return reminder — 21 days after move-out, so you don't forget the legal deadline

Rento works either way. Sign in for cloud backup, real push notifications, and email reports — that's how most people use it. Or run it fully on your device without an account: photos and data stay local, encrypted backup as a file. Both modes are first-class — choose at first launch.
