Salesforce Lightning Queue Refresher

By: Jack
Provides end-user the ability to refresh Salesforce Queue's for its ticketing system "Lightning". This feature isn't native to the web application, which is why this add-on exists. Preview: https://github.com/JackFlexington/salesforce_browser_addon

Features & Capabilities

The Salesforce Lightning Queue Refresher Chrome extension adds functionality to Salesforce's Lightning ticketing system by enabling users to refresh their queues automatically. Since this feature is not natively available in the Salesforce web application, the extension introduces a "Queue Refresh" button at the bottom bar of the page. Users can select refresh intervals including never, 30 seconds, 2 minutes, 5 minutes, or 15 minutes, helping keep the ticket queue current without manual intervention.

This extension prioritizes privacy with no Google Analytics tracking and compatibility with both local storage and cookies. Built on JavaScript, it offers a seamless and lightweight enhancement for Salesforce users managing ticket workflows efficiently. Certainly does refresh Salesforce Case List Views, though doesn't appear to observe the setting of frequency and runs more often than expected certainly 1.7.4 @ two minutes appears top run every 20-30 seconds.
