odtah.li Driver

odtah.li Driver is a working tool for drivers of roadside assistance and towing
services. The application is intended exclusively for drivers cooperating with companies that
use the odtah.li dispatching platform.

What the application can do:

• Receiving orders assigned by the dispatcher
• Viewing details of the intervention (location, vehicle, customer, requested service)
• Navigation to the intervention site
• Updating the order status in real time
• Taking photos of the vehicle and damage
• Digital signature of the handover protocol
• Push notifications about new orders and status changes

Who the application is NOT for:

The application is not intended for the general public. Access is only possible with an account
created by your employer — a towing or assistance company
using the odtah.li platform. Without this account, you cannot log in to the application.

Technical requirements:

• Internet connection
• Permissions for camera, location and push notifications (can be granted upon first
use of the function)

Privacy:

All data is stored exclusively in the European Economic Area (data
layer in Belgium, computing
layer in the Netherlands) and encrypted in transmission
and at rest. The application does not access the location in the background, does not use the microphone,
