This tool did what was expected. I was impressed with the presentation of the charts and how they broke down things like income and age into buckets. I wish it would support more sites (the MLS listings my broker sent me would not work) | |

This tool really surprised me. I was not expecting much, as many other sites usually on show census data on the zip code level. I was presently surprised to see that the data showed on CensusConnect is down to the block level. | |

I liked this tool very much, and was able to find the neighborhood data that I was interested in, however, from time to time, it could not find the properties. Despite this shortcoming, still worth the $$. | |

Really liked the age and crime sections. I wanted to move to a predominately senior community and so this tool allowed me to focus in on properties that met this criteria. Was worth the small investment. On the downside, I wish it was a little faster and some of the charts do not always show the labels properly. | |

Very helpful. Would also like to see vacancies added. Perhaps also recent home sales in the area, and perhaps even knowing what interest rates the people surrounding this property were getting. Overall, good value. | |
