2026-07-22	Al*****	I downloaded this app to try it out one day and didn't realize I signed up for a 3 day trial. I used the app one time, and then never opened it again. A little over two months later, I go to cancel a subscription and noticed I've been charged $16.04 a WEEK for something I didn't use or know I was subscribed to. I have canceled it, but I am having difficulty getting a refund ls for all the weeks I didn't use it or no I had it.
