This app is quite difficult to navigate which can add to stress rather than subtract it. The meditations are fast paced comparatively I feel.. but some mediations are simply intense ones which I absolutely loved. maybe this app needs to bring more structure and making it easy to use and understand would be helpful. Pace can be made slower. and background music is quite high when the host says "listen to sounds in your surroundings".
