nback is a Dual N-Back trainer with one job: give you a clean, quiet place to practise.

WHAT DUAL N-BACK IS

A position lights up on a 3x3 grid while a letter is spoken. Your task is to mark whenever the position or the sound matches what came N steps earlier. Both channels run at once, which is what makes it demanding — you are holding and updating two streams at the same time.

Easy to learn in thirty seconds. Hard to hold on to for twenty minutes. That gap is the training.
