Features & Capabilities

Save your accepted LeetCode solutions to GitHub automatically. LeetWithGit keeps your practice in a repository you choose, so you can revisit your code without copying solutions by hand.

Connect a GitHub repository and branch, then solve problems on leetcode.com. When a submission is accepted, LeetWithGit commits the solution under the leetcode/ folder in your repository.

The popup shows:

  • Upload progress and the latest sync result
  • Your LeetCode solved counts by difficulty
  • Your five most recently saved solutions
  • Queued uploads with automatic retries and a Retry now button

The toolbar badge shows when a solution is uploading, has been saved, or is waiting to retry. You can change your repository, branch, and GitHub token in settings.

Setup requires a GitHub account, an existing repository and branch, and a fine-grained personal access token with Contents: Read and write access to the selected repository. Allow the add-on access to leetcode.com and api.github.com when prompted.

Your token stays in local extension storage and is sent to GitHub to authenticate API requests. Repository and branch preferences use browser sync storage. Solution code and problem details are sent directly to GitHub to save them in your chosen repository.
