Users find Whizlabs helpful for certification preparation with good course content and useful practice exams accessible on mobile. However, the app suffers from multiple issues like inability to download videos for offline use, frequent loading failures of practice exams, forced frequent logins, lack of playback enhancements (such as autoplay and video casting), and a slow, unresponsive interface without key usability features. These drawbacks diminish mobile learning convenience and often force users to revert to the website or other platforms.

Recent reviews

App has the bare minimum of functions. No access to "My Favourites" so you always have to scroll or search. Videos cannot be downloaded or cached so no good without an internet connection. IMO, these two things alone render it no better than the website and thus useless.

Could use several enhancements to improve overall usability, especially when it comes to course videos. Autoplay of videos in a course is slow and inconsistent. Pressing the "next track" button doesn't seem to do anything (I would expect it to play the next video in the playlist). Chromecast feature would be incredibly useful too which is standard among other teaching platforms (Udemy, Pluralsight, etc.).
