very bad 😡😡😡 This is a paid tools not a free

It has a few cool tools in it that I have seen with other programs, some even for free. I couldn't really give it a try because albeit I am paid up for a year, I don't have access to the extension however I can log into my account fine. The contact support on this page and the extension does not work, you will have to search Hero Launchpad to find support.
