The LDS application aligns with Lenmed’s vision/purpose to create healthy and prosperous communities, along with enhancing patient experience and reaching clinical excellence.

LDS gives you, and your healthcare team access to all your medical records in one convenient location. You can use LDS to manage your health information when you see a General Practitioner (GP) affiliated with the Lenmed Group and its specialty partners. You can also access your medical records after your GP refers you to a specialist at Lenmed; these records are collected and saved on the app for your convenience and your GP's record.

You can receive notifications about scheduled appointments and progress during your pathway of care, and you can invite a family member (next of kin) to receive updates on your progress while you are hospitalized at a Lenmed facility.
