I used this extension for 2 exams. On the first exam, it crashed twice before I even started the exam. On the second exam, it appeared to be working and presented an "E-proctoring status: Good" banner at the top of the page for the entirety of the exam. RVTI told me that it did not capture all the data that they wanted, they would not validate my exam, and wanted another $75 for me to retest. At this time, I am not willing to risk another $75 on the chance that this software will work flawlessly for the first time out of three exams.
