I really love this

so good

I absolutely loved this, and this is a great tool (not just for goofing off :P) this perfectly describes what my brain is like every day. (yes I know, I am my brain, but sometimes it feels like I can be a bully, and saying "my brain" helps remind me that my intrusive thoughts are not me, just little neurons.) at times, it's the most imaginative, creative, can do, loving thing on this entire planet, coming up with great jokes and getting work done (or maybe just relaxing) in this state my mind is the polite bot. saying things like "be a good friend to yourself" "you make me love myself" "its going to be ok!" "you are working hard!" and "you are trying your best" but in the blink of an eye (or the click of a button if you will) the polite creative brain falls asleep, and in its place, a demonic bully props its feet up and refuses to screw off. in this state, the tiniest mistake can feel like i just brutally murdered a puppy. and the slightest whiff of disappointment can send me spiraling. this evil brain demon tells me things like "just stop" "I'm tired of pretending that I like you" "do you even have a purpose?" "no they weren't laughing with you, they were laughing at you" " i am both mad and disappointed at the failure you have become" "they don't love you, they are just putting up with you out of pity" "if you didn't exist then everything would be easier" and "oh look, yet another failure, I wonder how much more it will take until even your family gets tired of you" the only difference is you can change when it goes between these stages. you have no control you are a failure just the simplest thing can break me just a little joke like "you always make extra work for me, haha" can snap my heart in two so I would like to thank you for helping me feel a little less alone and helping me with a tool that I can use to explain the mess that is my brain thank you this is incredible
