Upon reading the other reviews, Now I know I'm not alone! - (1.) This company is OBVIOUSLY very sketchy As they THINK the "interested participants" are OBLOIVIOUS to their Phishing tactics, in the process of taking up our time amidst EXPLOITING the participants. - (2.) *When you Google "YouGov" it's shows that "YouGov" is one of the "TOP FIVE SURVEY COMPANIES." HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE WHEN THE COMPANY IS NOT IN THE UNITED STATES? (SUPPOSEDLY IT'S OUT OF THE UK. FROM THE LOOKS OF IT AND HOW IT FUNCTIONS, I'M THINK THAT THIS COMPANY IS IN NIGERIA. (2a.) This is especially TRUE since this So-called SURVEY COMPANY HAS ZERO DIRECT CUSTOMER SERVICE. (*As Amazon is an *International company, it has a customer contact base that allows you to talk to a customer service rep. They do everything possible to make things right for their customers.) (2b.) YouGov TOO, shows itself to be an "international company," YET THEY HAVE ZERO DIRECT CUSTOMER SERVICE. - THIS TO ME SAYS THAT SOMETHING IS NOT SAVORY WITH THIS COMPANY. (2c.) ** Whoever creates the "Survey Questions," for YouGov, **THEY THEMSELVES ARE NOT COLLEGE EDUCATED, AS THEIR QUESTIONS SHOW THEM TO BE DABBLING IN MARKETING LINGO THAT THEY'RE CLUELESS ABOUT. - THE PARTICPANTS ARE TAKEN ON A LONG ENDLESS "CAT AND MOUSE CHASE" ABOUT SELECTED COMPANIES, FOR WHICH THE QUESTIONS ARE REDUNDANT! - Participants DON'T TALK TO THEIR FRIENDS OR FAMILY ABOUT PRODUCTS THEY BUY! NOR DO THEY TALK ABOUT A PRODUCT BY IT BEING A "BRAND!!" - ** PEOPLE IN THE U.S. TALK ABOUT HOW EXPENSIVE THINGS ARE THAT THEY HAVE PURCHASED! * - BRAND IS IRRELEVANT! - **YouGov IS CLUELESS ABOUT THE U.S. ECONOMY AND HOW THE U.S. GOVERNMENT IS FUNCTIONING UPON IT'S "SO-CALLED ECONOMIC STRATEGIES!" (3.) ** YouGov publishes its company status on Google as a GLORIFIED "TOP-LEADING SURVEY COMPANY, BEING ONE OF FIVE SURVEY COMPANIES "HAVING A BRAND NAME" THAT PROVIDES INTELLECTUAL-INTELLIGENT SURVEYS. From this perspective and observation, this survey company is 'SOMETHING THAT IT'S NOT! - "YouGov" attempts to make you believe that they work with the U.S. Government to see how Americans think and live, yet in truth, YouGov abuses their "business status" upon their business title. YouGov PONDERS PEOPLES ATTENTION LIKE A GROCERY STORE RAG MAG AT CHECK-OUT. -THE COMPANY IS NOTHING MORE THAN A BUNCH A SQUIRRELS BEHIND CLOSED DOORS DITHERING AROUND FOR THEIR NUTS. (3a.) ** <ie:> At the beginning of the survey, you're told that the survery is about 50 questions regarding "International world issues." As you get to about the third question, it goes back to the same round about BS pertaining to your shopping experiences and knowledge about certain companies, querying "BRANDS." (*NO ONE CARES ABOUT BUYING A PRODUCT AS A VESTED BRAND!! The public buys out of need, or desire. Added to presentation appeal that affects one's senses.) Lastly - (4.) *If participants are receiving the YouGov surveys in Gmail, *IT SHOULD NOT MATTER IF YOU ARE IN FOXFIRE OR GOOGLE CHROME TO BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE YouGov- Safe Program. (4a.) ** As for the YouGov Safe Program, the internal IT Administrators OBVIOUSLY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING, AS YOU CAN'T SIGN UP (CONNECT) TO ANY OF THE SURVEY OFFERINGS WHETHER YOU GET YOUR EMAILS THROUGH FOXFIRE OR GOOGLE CHROME. (4b.) ** Online companies need to get that *NOT EVERYONE HAS A CELL PHONE, AS MANY (ESPECIALLY THOSE ON A FIXED INCOME) CAN'T AFFORD A CELL PHONE. WE CAN ONLY AFFORD A BASIC LANDLINE. - This said, you can't participate in the "YouGov- Safe Program" as you can't receive a "Code" to verify your acct and be accepted to participate in the YouGov-"Safe Plan." (5.) **Participants contact the BBB to let them know that YouGov hasn't paid or rewarded them for their earned points, yet NOTHINGS GETS RESOLVED!! - HOW THE FTC AND THE FCC are letting this so called "SURVEY COMPANY" to exist IS BEYOND ME!

Trying to download my broswing data from Google, it just does not work. Useless customer services just keep telling me to uninstall and reinstall the extension to no avail. What they can not grasp is that it could have been something in the set up process that was not quite right and need to reinstall the broswer app again. Like other members YouGovPulse stopped working and despite keep requesting the new version of the extension nothing is forthcoming from YouGov. They have no idea how to solve problems with their apps and extensions and like everything else you can only try dealing with them online. Speaking to someone on the phone would probably be easier as you can the explain everything in simple terms for them to understand.
