→ Past exam questions and explanations are provided by progress and year.

→ The explanations for past exam questions are as rich and detailed as possible, to facilitate understanding, as they often require abbreviations or omissions in existing paper books due to space limitations.

→ For case-based and written exam questions, in addition to detailed explanations, we will provide diagram notes and abbreviated answers for practice.

→ From now on, you should not set aside time to study for past bar exam questions, but rather, study them endlessly on "Byeonsi Sam" during spare time, such as on the bus, subway, before bed, or before class. This is because formal study time doesn't even allow enough time to understand and organize the basic content of the textbook. In particular, the vast number of multiple-choice questions (currently approximately 2,000)—over 95% of which are similar to previous exam questions—requires more than simply understanding the passage. Memorizing the passage itself is crucial to shorten the exam time and free up more time for calculations and more difficult questions. Therefore, repeating the entire exam at least 10 times is essential.
To achieve this, I believe the best shortcut to achieving a high score early on the bar exam, where failing once costs at least 100 million won, is to use the free time available, not YouTube, to endlessly review past exam questions. In other words, the secret to achieving a high score early on the bar exam, despite the equally limited time available, is to devote all of your time to studying—a task that others don't, or find tedious and difficult. This is possible only by focusing on studying all day long.

2. Providing key past bar exam questions and other exam questions in the form of true or false questions.

→ The author anticipates that the future multiple-choice bar exam will feature longer passages and increased difficulty, much like the previous bar exam. Therefore, past questions from the bar exam and other exams covering key areas not currently covered in the bar exam are likely to appear in the future. Therefore, we will provide questions on these areas in the true or false questions section.

3. Providing the latest case law for the seven laws covered in the exam.

→ Given that many questions from the past three years of bar exam questions are appearing in recent bar exam questions, we will provide detailed information on the latest case law.

4. For the "Optional" section, we provide a summary of key passages from the bar exam and the Korean Bar Association mock exams covering the seven legal subjects, eliminating duplicate passages.

→ This summary is intended for test takers who have studied to a certain extent. Since over 95% of the questions appearing each year fall within the scope of this summary, we are confident that by regularly reviewing this summary, you will be able to quickly scan all subjects the day before the exam.

5. For the "Case-Based/Record-Based" section, we provide a summary of key issues from the bar exam and the Korean Bar Association mock exams covering the seven legal subjects, enabling immediate application during the actual exam.

→ The key to the case-based/record-based study is not who studied the most, but who has the most ammunition to write on the actual answer sheet. Therefore, organizing key issues is essential. At Byunsi Sam, we aim to provide pre-work to alleviate this burden for test takers.

6. For future Byunsi Sam service items, we will provide free commentary lectures, unless they are provided by first-party instructors, to help beginners unfamiliar with law understand the subject. We will do our best to assist those unfamiliar with the subject.

7. Byunsi Sam will sequentially provide key summary sub-notes for each subject.

8. All previous multiple-choice and case-based exam questions, including revised portions, have been uploaded through 2024 (the 13th exam). (Record-based questions are currently being uploaded.) For multiple-choice and case-based exam questions, you can preview them for free by clicking the 2012 section when you sign up.
