Larsen Coaching

The team at Larsen Coaching will help you with a physical and mental transformation based on diet, training and motivation.

In a coaching course with Larsen Coaching, you get access to your own personal diet plans with recipes adapted to your needs and preferences. You will also be able to get training plans which, in conjunction with the diet, will help you get the physical results.

The most important functions you get in the Larsen Coaching app:
- Customized interactive training and diet plans created by your coach. Complete your training step by step and log your results, and create your own intake list directly from your diet plan.
- Easy logging of measurements and a wide range of fitness activities. Log your activities directly in the app, or import activities you've logged on other devices through Google Fit.
- See your personal goals, your progress and your activities at any time.
- Message function where you can continuously have a dialogue about your progress.
- Coaching courses may include access to a group - a community with other clients where everyone can share tips, ask questions and support each other. Participation is voluntary, and your name and profile picture will only be visible to other members in the group if you choose to accept the invitation from your coach to join a group.
