I highly recommend Elorus! I've used Elorus for my consulting firm for several years after doing a lot of homework on options after my old software quit supporting the needs of smaller firms. The software is robust, reliable, flexible, and offers multiple options to meet the needs of different project structures. It's easy to bring in subcontractors on a project-specific basis and have them track their own time via the software, making reporting a billing a breeze. It's fast to set up, easy to keep updated, and between the help info and the VERY responsive staff, I get my questions answered quickly. The different subscription tiers make tihs affordable for anyone, and the ability to incrementally expand or contract access makes this a great value.

have to sign up to use, while other apps like Web Activity Time Tracker doesn't require you to. weird and suspicious
