Tenbix Foreman is a mobile app for foremen and acceptance inspectors working on the Tenbix platform (tenbix.kz). It's part of a digital B2B document management system for suppliers and customers of ready-mixed concrete.

No paper delivery notes, no disputes over time and volume, no endless phone calls with the supplier. Every delivery comes with a digital certificate, geolocation verification, and QR verification.

• QR verification on-site: scan the driver's QR code, and the system verifies that both parties are at the site address.
• Acceptance with result recording—full acceptance, partial acceptance, or rejection.

HOW IT WORKS

When a driver arrives at the site, you receive a push notification. You see the ETA and prepare for acceptance. Once on site, scan the driver's QR code in the Tenbix Prorab app—the system confirms the geolocation of both parties. Accept the concrete, record the result, and sign. The certificate is saved in the history and is accessible in the customer's web account on tenbix.kz and visible to the supplier.

ABOUT THE TENBIX PLATFORM

Tenbix is ​​a B2B system for digital control of ready-mix concrete deliveries. Suppliers manage orders and shifts through the web account on tenbix.kz, drivers work through the Tenbix Driver app, and customer foremen accept deliveries in the Tenbix Prorab app. The platform connects all participants in the supply chain and replaces WhatsApp + Excel + paper.

This is a working tool for construction company foremen and inspectors working with concrete suppliers on the Tenbix platform. Access is granted by the client company after connecting to Tenbix. Self-registration is not possible.
