SmartGate KZ

SmartGate KZ is a mobile client for the vehicle entry control platform.

Employee app: Monitor entries, manage access, and open the barrier directly from your phone.

What the app can do:

• Daily summary — how many vehicles passed and how much was paid. Switch to weekly and monthly views.

• Entry and exit events — recognized license plate, object, device, time, and camera photo. Search by number.

• Vehicles — registered vehicles of the organization, a card with the owner's information and contract.

• Buffer — vehicles that the system has automatically entered. Specify the volume, add them to the contract, transfer them to toll vehicles, or remove them from the buffer.

• Guest access — one-time passes for visitors.

• Blacklist — blocked license plates.

• Open barrier — a one-tap command to the device, with a list of available barriers and their status.

The app works with your organization: data, rights, and sections depend on the employee's role.

WHAT YOU NEED TO LOG IN

The app is a working tool for employees of organizations connected to the SmartGate platform: parking lots, residential complexes, and businesses. An account is issued by the organization administrator—registering in the app is not possible, as the owner of the facility grants access.

You can preview the app without an account: on the login screen, select the demo server. This is a showcase of features with fictitious data; it works offline.

ABOUT THE DATA

The app does not request access to your camera, location, microphone, or contacts—it only requires internet access. It does not collect advertising identifiers, does not track you across other apps, and does not contain third-party analytics libraries.

License plates and vehicle photos are recorded by equipment on the facility's premises—cameras and barriers—not by your phone. This data belongs to the organization that maintains access records.
