Keeper Service

Keeper Service is your key to comfort and security in a modern residential complex. The app integrates all the necessary functions for interacting with your building and management company services.

Key features:

1. Smart intercom: Receive video calls from your intercom directly to your smartphone. You'll be able to see visitors and open the door to your building even when you're not home.
2. Access control: Manage your apartment residents, add their photos for facial recognition, and configure access control.
3. Video surveillance: View live feeds from your residential complex's cameras in real time.
4. Repair requests: Create requests for the management company (electricians, plumbers, etc.), attach photos, and track the work progress.
5. Store: Order equipment, keys, or services directly in the app.
6. Events and notifications: Stay informed about all important events, such as door openings, missed calls, and the progress of your requests.
7. Favorites: Group important cameras and intercoms into folders for quick access.

For employees:
A dedicated "Work" section allows technicians to view the task queue, use checklists when performing work, and submit results for review.

Security:
All data is protected, and access to door and tenant management requires server-side confirmation. For the app to work, your residential complex must be connected to the Keeper platform.
