Zhana Adamdar

Zhana Adamdar is a true school for citizenship, where young people develop leadership skills and a modern form of patriotism. The movement unites activists in 19 cities across Kazakhstan. Every day, they turn ideas into reality, launch their own civic campaigns, and foster a culture of responsibility, following the principle of "starting with yourself."
Zhana Adamdar continues to grow, change, and engage more and more young people who are ready to not just watch from the sidelines but be part of real change. Today, this experience is available to everyone—in the new Zhana Adamdar App. This digital platform is for those ready to take action. Here, you can participate in public initiatives, develop new skills, connect with like-minded people, and launch your own projects. The app unites not only Zhana Adamdar participants but also anyone driven by the desire to implement ideas and achieve social change.
Explore the opportunities available in the app:
• Join civic campaigns—projects that raise topics that are often hushed up: long-term construction projects, the sale of alcohol to minors, unauthorized dumping, vandalism, threats to child safety, harassment in taxis, fake certificates, and much more. Achieve systemic solutions with a team of like-minded people.
• Track new cases and participate in their implementation—watch how your ideas lead to change around you. Each case is an opportunity to experience how an initiative becomes a solution to a problem.
• Join Zhana Adamdar events—from campus meetings and live discussions of ideas to large-scale protests that gather thousands of participants across the country. The movement spans 19 cities, and every day is a bustling place of work, skill development, creative filming, and live broadcasts. Be the first to learn about new events and become part of a bigger story.
• Enhance your knowledge and complete monthly challenges based on the manifesto—a database of useful materials will help strengthen your leadership skills, self-confidence, integrity, and innovation, and will become a true companion in your search for your passion.
• Take action today—launch your own civic campaigns and turn your ideas into your first projects. The app will help you assemble a team of like-minded people, structure the process, and bring your initiative to fruition.
