eKenes.kz is a digital platform that connects professionals from various fields (law, economics, medicine, IT, and others) with individuals and businesses seeking high-quality consulting services.

We are a marketplace for expert consultations powered by artificial intelligence, with a hybrid commercial and social model in Kazakhstan.

We are creating more than just a freelance exchange, but an ecosystem of trust and expertise where anyone can find answers, and specialists can find new assignments.

Isource LLP handles card payments via online acquiring and interactions with advertisers.

Particular attention is paid to our social mission: privileged access to consultations for socially vulnerable groups is provided through a preferential scheme for sponsorship from businesses and grants for NGOs (subject to availability of sponsorship funds).

To implement our social mission, a legal entity, the Public Foundation "Ashyk Kogam" (Social Development and Innovation Fund), has been registered with the Kazakh justice authorities.

💼 Who can participate:

Clients - individuals, small and medium-sized businesses, and individuals who need accessible and understandable professional support.

Providers - lawyers, economists, doctors, psychologists, marketers, IT specialists, and other experts looking to expand their client base.

🧩 How it works
- The expert (provider) registers and completes their profile, uploads documents confirming their education or proof of at least three years of work experience;

- The client (customer) registers and completes their profile, tops up their internal wallet using a bank card with the minimum consultation budget;

- The client (customer) creates a consultation request, selects a category, specifies a title, and describes the task. After the request is created, funds are reserved in the client's (customer's) internal wallet until the work is confirmed;

- The user selects an expert, and work on the consultation request begins;

- Communication and file/document exchange regarding the request takes place in the internal request chat within the platform;

- After the consultation, both parties can leave a review and rating;

- After the client accepts the result, funds are automatically debited from the client's wallet and transferred to the expert's (contractor's) wallet, minus the platform commission;

- The expert (contractor) requests a withdrawal from the wallet, which is processed within 1 business day.

💰 How the platform makes money:
eKenes operates on a flexible and sustainable social entrepreneurship business model:

The commission for consultations is a small percentage (10%) of successful orders.

To attract new experts, the first two successful consultation requests are 0% commission. The commission will be charged on the third successful consultation!

Advertising and partner integrations – advertising placement.

Grants and sponsorship funds are used to fund free or discounted consultations for socially vulnerable groups.
