DelRes Staff

DelRes Staff is a work app for establishment employees that manages records in the DelRes system. Couriers see their deliveries, and waiters take orders in the dining room. The data is the same as in the cash register and web panel: no separate records are required.

FOR THE COURIER

• List of scheduled deliveries: address, items, amount, and payment method.
• Order arrival time – see remaining time.
• Customer comments are highlighted: entrance, landmark, change.
• Route opens in maps with one tap.
• Call and WhatsApp the customer directly from the order card.
• "Departed" and "Delivered" marks are immediately entered into the system.
• Notification of a new scheduled order.

FOR THE WAITER

• Order acceptance in the dining room: table, number of guests, menu items with search.
• The order goes to the kitchen the same way it leaves the cash register. • Establishment discounts and markups—with recalculation before shipping.
• Reordering and adjusting the order composition, if the employee has permission.
• Payment acceptance and order closing.
• Guest phone number for the bonus program.
• Custom tables and shift totals on one screen.

LOGIN

The app only works with establishments connected to DelRes. To log in, you need the establishment name and employee account—these are assigned by the manager in the DelRes web panel. Self-registration is not available.
