Неработающее приложение. По факту - просто открывает браузер в приложении, так еще и не работает ничего. Вечное "что-то пошло не так". Отдел разработки видимо пошел не так. Смысла в приложении нет, тупо занимает место на телефоне.

Wanted to make a payment after filling out all details, but their App does not work. their website also does not work. cannot even reach their customer service as they won't answer calls, Or Whatsapp. they literally won't take my money. Imagine this level of incompetence running an airline. how can anyone trust them? sad. extremely frustrated, 6 attempts. I guess we will not be going to Almaty or Kazakhstan. Air Astana get your act together, and fast. you are losing lots and lots of customers.

Be careful, do not place upgrade bids with Air Astana - I placed the bid, then one day ahead of the flight I was charged the full amount but the booking did not show the upgrade. I had to call customer service several times, just to be told there were no seats available (however this was not true, they were still for sale). Only after severe complaints the money was returned to my card...no explanation given. If you need a business class upgrade, ask at check in. The online upgrade is fraud
