Every Turn Counts

You are a Roman legionary on a single-lane battlefield. Each turn you get one
action: move, turn, queue a weapon, or release what you queued. Every move you
make, the enemy takes a step closer. Reading range, cooldown and knockback to
build the right sequence is the whole game.

150 Battlefields, Five Eras

From the Punic Wars through Gaul and Germania, Parthia and Persia, the Crisis of
the Third Century, and the Migration Period and the Huns. Each era brings new
terrain and new formations, and every stage pushes forward in waves. 114 enemies
and bosses wait with their own reach and habits.

A Deck Built From 79 Weapons

Gladius slashes, pilum throws and shield bashes, all the way to 20 summons that
call on the old gods. Your deck starts with three slots and gains one more at
level 10 and again at level 20. What you leave out matters as much as what you
bring.

Five Classes

Legionary, gladiator, auxiliary, cavalry and priest. Each handles a different
set of weapons and fights to a different rhythm.

Expansion — Odyssey

Homer's tale of the long way home, retold across 50 episodes in five acts. It
opens with the Telemachy and runs through the wandering, the witch and the
underworld, the sea and the Phaeacians, to the homecoming and the reckoning.
The hero you control changes as the story moves.

Codex

Every enemy you meet, every weapon you earn, and each class portrait and motion
is recorded. You can drop straight back into the stage where you first met them
and fight it again.
