Storanet Technician is an app that supports the work of agencies and affiliated technicians using Storanet. You can use it by logging in with an account provided by the company.

• Caller ID (CID) based on merchant information registered on the server

[Optional Access Permissions and Settings]

• Camera: Takes photos of contracts and work documents and attaches them to the selected work screen.

• Notifications: Displays work notifications.

• Caller ID and Spam App Settings: Displays caller information by querying incoming phone numbers against merchant information on the Storanet server. It does not request permission to read the device's entire contacts or call history.

• Display over other apps: Displays merchant information for incoming calls even while using other apps.

• Location (1.0.6.5 or higher): Only when you tap ‘View My Location’ on the map does it request location permission during use after explanation and consent, and it queries the current location once. You may allow only approximate locations. Coordinates required for map display may be transmitted to the map provider. Automatic employee location tracking and automatic location transmission to Storanet servers are not used.

Photos and files selected by the user are used for work attachments.

If you do not allow selection permissions or settings, only the relevant function will be restricted, and other work functions will remain available.
